Built from loss — Driven by purpose.

Code 3 Legacy and Front Line Wellness exist because someone didn't have what your family deserves — a plan, a support system, and people who show up.

Why this work matters.

Code 3 Legacy was founded by Tiffany Yant in memory of her father, Officer Ross Bartlett, who was killed in the line of duty. What began as personal grief became a mission: no first responder family should ever face the worst day of their lives unprepared.

Front Line Wellness, led by Dr. Meredith Moran, brings the clinical expertise, trauma-informed framework, and formal training infrastructure to make that mission real — at the patrol level, at the command level, and everywhere in between.

Together, we build readiness before it's needed and deliver support when it matters most.

Our Values

What guides everything we do.

Honor

We honor the sacrifice of every officer and first responder who has given their life in the line of duty — especially Officer Ross Bartlett, whose memory drives this mission.

Serve

We serve the families, agencies, and communities who need this work most — with clinical rigor, genuine compassion, and no agenda beyond their wellbeing.

Carry On

We help families carry on — with a plan, with support, and with the knowledge that they are not alone. The Carry On Packet is the promise made tangible.
